Introduction

Cheddar cheese is a moderately hardened cream from milk with a yellowish taint and sharp-tasting form of natural cheese. This product of milk was discovered in the Cheddar village in Somerset, South West England but in contemporary times, this product is very popular both in the United Kingdom as is in the rest of the world and as such, it is produced in the entire stretch of the earth due to its gained popularity (McSweeney 2007).
