I think that pluralism would help diversify a society. With a diverse society comes many different opinions and perspectives. With pluralism there is a somewhat common ground for everyone to have. That way people with conflicting opinions and perspectives and find common ground enough to get along with one another. Having the diversity also helps people form a different way of thinking. With relativism is the thought that there is no real truth. That is a slippery slope because if there is no real truth then there’s no real consequences to your actions. So people would do whatever they want and that would lead to complete chaos. If there is no real truth or ethics then why would anyone listen to anyone else? I believe that pluralism is better for a society.
