Question 1

The case has clearly been able to show that there are many problems that surround the operation or implementation of the project. In dealing with this difficulties had on the most appropriate course of action will involve creating an elaborate list of all the technical difficulties that have popped up and try address them in relation to their severity of each particular situation. I would request a meeting with the scientist who are involved in delivery of the project and try to create changes such as the reduction of the tunnel or the use of less magnets in the quest to cut down on the cost of operation, but still be able to achieve the goal of the project with great functionality.
