set up a plan for teaching a class

I am a teacher assistant who has a discussion section which I use to teach students and explain in details material that the professor went over in class. half of the academic quarter passed, now I need to write an assignment for the board explaining to them what my educational plan is for the second half of the quarter (the remaining 5 weeks), and how students will benefit from this plan. The paper should reflect how my implementations helped, and will help students to learn.

The development of an ideal teaching plan develops from one’s understanding of what makes him or her an effective tutor. To some educators, the use of examples to exemplify certain concepts in their teaching processes makes them effective enough to pass the intended message to the audience. On the other hand, others prefer an extensive dependence on previous research studies related to certain concepts to exemplify a particular concept. In both of these cases, the teacher would have employed the teaching method in the past, and the consequent assessment of the learner’s understanding of the different concepts determined that the approach was most effective in achieving the intended objective.
