As a prerequisite to the writing of a magazine article on Mindful leadership, I interviewed John, who is a lecturer of Leadership skills at the university. I have a great interest in leadership skills that I have acquired through reading and listening to different leadership related programs. John does not only teach leadership skills but, he has also interacted with greater politicians having contested for a political seat and had programs to mentor young people on leadership skill.
