Physical Exercises
Physical exercise is often recommended as one of the sprimary ways through which one could reduce the risk factors associated with different diseases. In particular, aerobic exercises among the elderly could play a critical role in helping reduce the chances of suffering from a heart disease and arthritis. Notably, weight problems form one of the primary risk factors associated with hearth diseases, and as long as one maintains an appropriate body weight, there would be limited chances of suffering from cardiovascular diseases (Gielen, Laughlin, O’Conner, & Duncker, 2015).
