Introduction
The existence of businesses around the globe has one major objective and that is to increase in profit margins. Every business thrives to ensure that any opportunity that comes its way if fully exploited for the business gain. One major thing that has robbed business profit is an enemy within called stress. As employees and stakeholder thrive to make profit stress has always robbed businesses millions of dollars (Michie, 2018). In this paper, I will address issues related to stress, causes of stress and how stress can be managed to increase employees’ profitability in an organization.
