NETWORKING: A Key to successful Team work
Networking
Part A
The different teams presented manage their team boundaries in several ways. The first is through the hierarchy that is present within the team. Hierarchy determines the roles and duties of each member of the team while at the same time determining the person each individual reports to (Wellington, 2012). The second is through the work that is undertaken by each member of the team. Certain members perform similar tasks from others and this helps determine the boundaries among the members of the team. These boundaries can be managed through effective communication where all communication channels are kept open and clear to avoid distortion of messages that could be relayed to the wrong persons.
