Personal communication skills involve a wide range of aspects such as listening, open-mindedness, non-verbal cue, clarity, friendliness, confidence, empathy, feedback, respect and choosing the right media (Maguire & Pitceathly, 2002). Individually, I portray much strength in communicating effectively with other colleagues, superiors and friends. Being able to communicate effectively assist me in conveying messages accordingly. Effective communication skill is useful in helping stand out more confidently especially when addressing the crowd. First, am a good listener who values other people’s opinions? Definitely, nobody likes talking to those people who only values and respects their opinions.
