Introduction

            Everyone accepts the view that killing is bad. This is the reason why psychopaths and persons who commit homicide offenses are hated in the society. People’s lives are sacred, thus should be respected. The outlook is exhibited by the opposition to death sentences in the United States and across the globe by many people who believe human beings do not have the right to end the lives of others. Thus, people who kill others tend to be haunted by their actions. However, there certain situations when killing is legal and perceived to be moral. People’s reactions to killings depend on the context in which the action is taking place.
