The article that I identified is one looks into some of the Kaizen strategies that may be employed to create enhanced team performance and development by Michael Colenso. The piece of the article that appears to have the most important to me is the need for team development for the success of the team to be guaranteed (Colenso, 2012). If I were the organizational development director at my place of work, I would utilize the information to build effective teams at the organization. One of the major ways is through ensuring that each individual understands the role that they are supposed to play within the institution. Such clarity guarantees that they are highly motivated to meet the goals of the institution.
