There is a clear gender line evident in the context presented by Tony on the video which is how society defines it and influences how people relate to each other. Gender seems to be an aspect that differentiates how people should act towards certain forces in their environment to fulfill the social expectation of them. As Tony states, men regard themselves as superior as compared to their female counterparts both physically and emotionally as well. They do not like to show weakness in front of people as they should be the figures of strength in their families and any other places. Emotional issues might leave them broken on the inside, but they will never show it as it will change the perception of their behaviors towards such (TED, 2010).
