American citizens are entitled to a life of their choice without any forms of limitations unless laws and regulations of the land. A free society is therefore defined as a situation where people are in a position to execute personal obligations and use their resources with less unnecessary government interference (Beveridge, 2014). The three essential elements required in achieving a free society are individual liberty, control over private property, and limited government actions on individual matters as well as the free market for conducting business activities.
