If an employee is making moves or behaving in such a way that it makes others uncomfortable, that becomes a hostile work environment. In the case study, the female employee has a right to engage in her day to day activities without feeling insecure about a male co-worker pushing her into dating even after saying no. It is important to look at both sides of the story and talk to the victim and accused individual before making a decision on how to deal with this work problem.
