- Body of the paper 5 -7 pages, no more or less.

Abstract
Corporate governance is an imperative element within an organization. Typically, an organization is founded by investors who put in their resources with the aim of gaining return from those investments. Once they invest they hire skilled teams of employees including top managers who can steer the business in the realization of their interests. The process of managing other people requires an excellent relationship between the management and the employees as well as a good rapport between the management and the shareholders. Conflicts are inevitable and there’s a need to intervene swiftly so that meaningful agency relationships are maintained.
However, conflicts can arise among corporate constituencies. In financial markets, these conflicts arise between the shareholders and the managers.
