Strategic Planning
A mission statement outlines the scope of work, the various product and services to be offered, the company’s geographical area of operation, and the target audience. A flawed mission fails to clearly align with the organization’s mission. It fails to include the purpose of the department. Every organization needs to come up with well-researched and precise mission statements. This discussion will identify the dangers of having a flawed mission statement and how they affect development.
