Kroll v. White Lake Ambulance Authority (Ch 6, p 193)
In this particular case, Kroll was always viewed as an honest and hardworking employee. Her immediate manager described her as a “good employee.” This changed however after Kroll allegedly got into a romantic relationship with a co-worker. It is said that she seemed different which caused her immediate boss and supervisors, Dresen and Binns to worry about her emotional and mental health. At one point she was heard yelling at a co-worker while in the presence of a load of patients.
