There are different high-level problems that IFG faces. One of the problems is a cluster of various systems that IFG uses. The executives of IFG need more and more information to help them without knowing the problem behind the information they need. IFG faces the challenge of data mess due to its clustered traditional systems. Whenever all these systems produce data and reports, the probability of data mess is too high (Hearst, 2006).
