In this exercise you will be creating a message in support of a new promotional marketing campaign.

Select a hospitality property such as a hotel, resort, restaurant, or spa (either a real or fictional property).

Write a paper using at least 1050 words that explains whether the promotional messaging used for this property should be informational, persuasive, or reminder in content.

Provide a brief description of the property, and describe its target market(s) as well as any other defining characteristics. While our paper should include a solid description of the property the focus of this paper is the promotional message.
What should the promotional messaging feature, and why did you select this specific promotional messaging? (e.g. how will it appeal to the target audience; and what are the benefits of this form of messaging over other forms of messaging?)
What communication tools will be most important for the property when formulating the communications strategy?
Explain the reasoning behind your answers in depth, and provide references to back up your facts.

Company background
Holiday Inn is a fictitious organization located at the Santa Monica beach in California. It was formed in the year 2000 during which it offered only restaurant services. Due to the increased demand for leisure, the organization extended its services to hotel and accommodation services that it provides at considerable prices. Holiday Inn’s strategic location towards the edge of the beach is one of its unique features. The buildings are made of glass, and the windows are large enough to enable clients to enjoy the full view of the sunrise and sunset.
