PART ONE
Based on my findings and understanding, a company’s pay structure is a method by which a company administers its pay. There may be a difference in the payment of employees regardless of them doing the same kind of work in the same company. This difference may be as a result of many factors that the employer considers such as gender. A company’s pay structure is not fair to women and minorities since they are still fighting for equal pay as men who show their pay is far off less than that of men.
