QUESTION ONE – this is different from question two
As before, I would like each of you to answer one of the following. Others should read through the answers provided and add any additional information they feel is pertinent; provide feedback and commentary to at least two of your fellow students.
Monitor your exercise for a couple of days, consider the following: Duration, intensity, and frequency. Do you feel you get enough exercise per day? If not, what is keeping you from exercising more? What activities could you add to your schedule? What non-exercise activities could you eliminate? What activities could you continue as you age?
Interview two elders regarding their exercise beliefs and practices. Has their activity level changed over the years? If it has changed what are the reasons why?
As you have observed others exercising what is the proportion of elders present? Are there any barriers to their participation? How could their participation be encouraged? Are there activities specifically geared towards the elderly that are offered?
Locate and contact a nursing home in your community. What kind of physical activity programs does it offer? Are there varying levels? Are all resident exercise needs addressed?
Design a television or radio commercial to encourage exercise in elders. Think and discuss the approach you would take. Who might sponsor such an advertisement?
How do our attitudes towards exercise change through the life cycle? How do the attitudes of those of a child compare to those of an elderly individual?

You have a well-managed work out plan. Exercising five times a day is a lot of sacrifice. As we can see, your exercise is yielding fruit because you have lost a lot of calories within a short term. The duration of workout and intensity of the activities should alternate as you do.
