The tourism industry is among the largest industry in the United States. Tourism is, therefore, a very reliable source of employment for the resident’s through local tourism organizations and regional/national organizations. There are various realities when it comes to domestic travel that the local organizations are faced with that the national organizations do not suffer (Nelson, 2003).
