Active and Reserve
There are several differences between active and reserve members of the military. Active military officers are those who are working on a full-time basis in the military while the reserve military is those military officers who are in the military but do not work fully (Sanchez et al., 2004). Therefore, the reserve military usually has more time to work on their private issue compared to the active military.
