Reading and writing
Assignment 1: Discussion—Sharing Study Strategies
How do you use reading and writing when you study? Are you confident in your approach to learning or do you think you have room for improvement? We can all benefit from learning how others learn. Sometimes seeing what others do and trying it or incorporating a version of it into our own study habits can be greatly beneficial.
Post to the Discussion Area your response to the following:
Describe how you use reading and writing when you are trying to learn something new, whether for schoolwork, on the job, maintaining a home, or making healthcare decisions for you or your family. How do you retain the information you have gathered for when you need it?
Provide an example of how you have used this approach. Did it work well for you or do you think there might be a better way?
Write your initial response in approximately 200 words. Apply APA standards to citation of sources.
