The European Union is an economic salvation that started in 1951, where the treaty of Rome was first
signed between six European countries of what came to be known as the European Communities which comprised of Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands and West Germany.
The primary purpose of forming this union was to protect any economic recession, but most people look at it like a political union that is deemed to shutter a country’s economic sovereignty.
