A problem in business that I identified and would like to propose solutions to is lack of diversity in the workplace. Workplace diversity refers to the acceptance and understanding that people are different and thereby exemplifying and welcoming diverse people into the workforce. For a long time, workplaces in the United States have been dominated by workplaces that do not welcome diversity (Cañas, &Sondak, 2014).
