In my life, there are many incidences that I have been remaining silent at it dawns to me that I was supposed to do so. I have witnessed scenarios where leaders make uninformed decisions, but I failed to speak up fearing the repercussions. Our culture is structured that being in confrontation with powerful people can mean the beginning of problems.
