Power and leadership are two different terms that are, at times, used entangled as one. It is apparent that, for one to be a strong leader, there must be power. Power can simply be defined as the capacity or ability to influence the people and make them behave as per your wish. As such, for one to be described as powerful, he or she must have the capacity to move the masses through influence.
