You will perform a personal 5-day food diary using the tools in Choose My Plate https://www.choosemyplate.gov/ (Links to an external site.) food guidance and tracking system and evaluate the specific (vitamins, minerals, water, fiber, etc.) nutritional adequacies/excesses/implications and plan for modification using the site. While you may have access or familiarity with other nutritional analysis programs, you are required to use the Choose My Plate site for this assignment and to develop familiarity for future patient education.Based on your newly-acquired knowledge, write a brief, yet thorough evaluation of the results and a plan for any changes you would like to make. Reflect on the motivation for the dietary choices you made, as well as, the motivation for any changes. Your writing must be confined to 400-600 words. (See grade criteria for written assignments.)This project requires substantial introspection.
