            Chapter six explains how cultures are different in fundamental values; Gert Hofstede mainly came up with the Hofstede dimensions between the 1960s and 1970s which could be used to describe the sighted differences between cultures. Gert Hofstede in an attempt to identify value dimensions across which cultures differ he came up with four dimensions which he called power distance, uncertainty avoidance, individualism-collectivism and finally uncertainty masculinity-femininity.
