3-3 Final Project One Milestone Two: Outline

I am needing a 1- 2 page outline for my persuasive speech on paternity testing prior to awarding child support/ preventing paternity fraud. I would like the introduction to be based on one of the following news stories:

The body should focus on the problem with the current legal system in regards to force non-biological fathers to support children that are not theirs, the impact that late establishment of paternity has on the child, father, and mother, and ways to prevent or resolve this problem.

By definition, child support is “a continuous, intermittent installment made by a parent for the monetary advantage of a child following the end of a marriage or other relationship.” In a perfect world, a child support request would guarantee that the child gets adequate money related help from the two guardians to help his or her childhood.
Lamentably, the current child support network, which covers about a fourth of kids in the United States, is defective and in numerous cases counterproductive.
