a) Users must be able to access all documents that he or she stores in the Documents and Desktop folders.
In order to store folders and documents for different users, I will use the Folder redirection setting. The Folder Redirection setting can be found by following the following steps; first step is opening the User Configuration setting, then to the Policies and finally to the Windows Settings. This setting can be utilized in the redirection of several aspects, including the Start Menu, Desktop, Documents, Videos, Downloads, Pictures, Favorites, Music and other folders.
