The Immigration Reform and Control Act was implemented back in 1986. The enactment of the law which was later reformed to be known as the United States Immigration law was enacted with the sole reason of preserving jobs which would be for the American citizens and only the aliens who were under authorisation and had a permit that would allow them to work in the country. The Act consisted of 702 Sections which act focused more on the restricting aliens who were not authorised to work in the country from being hired r recruited by the employers.
