Financial market and institutions are the organizations which have been playing a central role in the development of various firms and consumers. The financial market has been facilitating the overall trading process in a country by providing a physical location where buyers and sellers can meet up and strike a deal. They also offer different guidelines which protect buyers and sellers in their activities. For financial institutions, they facilitate and control various transactions in a business. These institutions also play a central role in the allocation of capital and resources. This report analyzes different types of financial markets and institutions and their role in the allocation of capital.
