The Creative Process
The creative process involves five major steps including preparation, incubation, illumination, evaluation, and implementation. For any leader, applying these steps in every process that they undertake is prerequisite ingredient for success (Dacey, J2013). The leader that I identified who exemplifies some or all of these steps in everything that they do is Larry Page. Larry Page is the CEO of Google and is renowned for his decision-making attributes especially when faced by pressure from various constraints that affect the company and the industry in general.
