You can choose one of the topics from the Main Elements plus include all the following parts in the final paper which is from 1 to 7 on the second page. Also answer the three questions in the final closing comments of the paper which the questions is on the second page as well. Not sure of how many pages it has to be but I just selected this number.
Background
In the context of an organization, there are several activities that different people specialize in to ensure the progress of a company as well as the achievement of set goals. Whether you are working in a small or a large business, your skills, passion and knowledge will determine the kind of impact an individual makes towards the achievement of the main goals of the company. Organizational leadership (OL) as an independent field of work involves being in charge of both groups and individuals in a certain setting to help them establish the aims towards working in a certain sector. A research conducted on OL established that there are major aspects that surround the topic and establishes the factors of success from any perspective, Using the appropriate research methods, findings and discussions, the study made a conclusion to act as a guide to individuals interested in the field.
