What is the most significant thing I learned this week?
A significant aspect I learned related to Organizational behavior is the role of an organizational culture has in an organization. Notably, I have learned that for an organization to meet its set goals, missions, and visions, both employees and the management should have a presiding culture that concurs. In so doing, I have learned that they will be able to blend in well in the working environment, meeting their set goals.
