Timely access to care across various health facilities in the world remains a factor of concern. Waiting time in outpatient clinics refers to the period between the time the patient makes a request and the actual appointment. While developed countries like the United States might be better off, most developing countries like those in Africa are still far behind (Idowu, Adeosun & Williams, 2014).
