What are some the arguments that Adams give for providing women the right to vote? From the writings of Adams and Bray, why are they considered Progressives? Does Wilson sound like a Progressive in his The New Freedoms? Why or why not?

The American society has been running on a democratic foundation with all individuals regardless of their age group, gender, social class, and literacy levels. Adams was however of a contrary idea stating that women were not allowed to participate in the voting process unlike the efforts of feminists to give all genders an equal chance in decision making. He stated that they have a certain delicacy that makes them unfit to engage in serious matters that are known to be of great impact (Adams & Adams, 2002).
