Agile Project Management
Agile decision making
The project manager will adopt an Agile Scaling Model to make vital decisions related to the project. The model will be more effective at the team level by helping individuals to make faster decisions that are better and fully aligned with the current needs of the project. The strategy is useful for any number of teams ranging from a minimum of four to a maximum of about forty-five members. According to Ambler (2011) the decision-making approach for this project will include an agreement on the issues that need to be solved or the questions that need to be answered.
