In reference the video, Prof. Steve Horwitz explains why the pay gap is so impactful in a way that translates to discrimination of the sexes in terms of pay. From research done it is evident that women earn about 75% of what men earn in the work place scene. It is not as a result of discrimination in the labor market but as a result of the choices that they make by investing in their knowledge, skills, education and hob experience.
