Disaster Recovery Plan & Business Continuity Plan, ISOL 6322- over the duration of the Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity I expanded skills and knowledge in the areas of achieving reliable disaster recovery and building on better business continuity strategies in my workplace position as an Information Security Analyst. During the course, I learned that disaster recovery has several moving parts. Thus, the persons working in the information technology (IT) departments must develop the ideal mechanisms of addressing the distinct areas. One of the effective approaches about disaster recovery I learned is to define organizational responsibilities clearly. Most organizations fall short on toes and responsibilities during adverse incidents.
