Introduction

This paper aims at looking at the nursing problem that exists when it comes to the hip and knee surgeries. The causes of these problems and the effects that the problem brings about to the parties discussed in this document. The paper will also focus on the solutions there are for dealing with the issue and how these action plans implemented will the help of all the parties involved to ensure that they improve the services in that particular area. The problem in this situation is of a nursing nature. Most of the surgeries performed to women on the knee and hip are successful.
