In the wake of the scandal surrounding Wells Fargo which featured numerous ethical violations, the bank was also found to have committed some human resource violations. A good number of former employees came out following the scandal claiming that the company had retaliated against them when they had made their complaints regarding the ethical violations that were linked to the new accounts which had been opened without the customers’ knowledge (Tayan, 2016).
