Arson in the US – Engineering Stats- Report to be completed with some adds

This is a proposal research about arson in the US states for engineering statistics. The research is already done for the most part. It is only required to add abstract, conclusion and one paper with adding 14 more citations related to arson in the literature part . there is no restrictions about it. it could be reasons or whatever. Also, for the hypotheses part, you could add possible hypotheses tests and more methods according to the result and explanations. This report is required someone who is very excellent in analyzing the data especially with engineering stats and its methods.

Basically, I want to do for this report more clean up and add some good explanations by tomorrow..

Introduction

            Arson is defined as any willful or malicious burning or attempt to burn, with or without intent to defraud, a dwelling house, public building, motor vehicle or aircraft, personal property of another, etc (Federal Bureau of Investigation, 2014). As we dove into more literature for arson, we found it very peculiar that it was so closely linked to mental illnesses. This is important to understand because if we know the underlying causes of why arson happened, then there is the potential for preventative treatment so arson does not happen in the first place.
