The Figurative Sculpture
Introduction
A sculpture is well-defined as an art form where either the plastic or hard materials are modified to form art objects in three-dimensions. Over the centuries, sculptures have been very useful in human life. The first sculpture is believed to have been designed to aid in hunting magically. Later, when civilization came to the world, statues were modeled to represent gods. The early figurative sculptures were tiny in size since the sculptures occupied the same space as human beings. Small sculptures helped in saving for space which was shared by the viewers.
