Summary: The Law of the Horse

Lawrence Lessig, finds Brooks view on the cyberspace issue wanting. While giving his speech in regards to cyberspace, Easterbrook pointed that “the law of cyberspace” cannot exist. If it existed it would serve to bring more confusion to the legal field than crate any good. In response to this, Lawrence says that cyberspace, if viewed from a different perspective; it is easy to make a connection between the law and cyberspace, which Easterbrook denies.

Easterbrook claims that learning laws which apply to special ventures should be done by studying general rules. This will in turn help one appreciate how courses serve to illuminate the whole law.
