According to Edward D. Hess, various behaviors are critical in learning. However, there are those that are most important, and others are least important while there are those which Edward D. Hess left out. One of the most essential behaviors in learning is being positive emotionally (Hess, 2014). By being positive emotionally enables and enhances someone’s cognitive processing, innovative thinking as well as creativity. Being positive emotionally is also associated with better judgements and proper decision making.
