1.) If dark energy were to increase or decrease significantly, what outcome could this have in the universe?

An expansion in ‘Dull Energy’ implies the quickening we see in galactic bunches from each other would likewise increase. If it somehow happened to diminish (say, it dropped to ‘zero’) implies the acceleration we see would stop, and the clusters would move with their obtained energy.
