Locate a speech on YouTube. Share the URL of the speech, the speaker’s name, and the topic of the speech. While watching the speech, view the speech through the eyes of the speaking competencies listed in Chapter One. Analyze and use specific examples that illustrate whether or not the speaker has met the qualification of being competent.
